ConsultKit is operated by Hinds Tech and Artificial Intelligence LLC, a limited liability company registered in the Sultanate of Oman under commercial registration number 1610432. Our business address is South Al Khuwair, Bousher, Muscat Governorate, PC 111, Sultanate of Oman.

Our role
We are the controller of personal data about our users and visitors to www.consultkit.ai. Where a user adds other people’s personal data to the Service, that user is the controller and we process the data on their behalf. If your data was added by one of our users, contact that user.

We do not sell personal data.
Legal bases
Under Oman’s Personal Data Protection Law, we process personal data with your consent, or where it is necessary to perform our contract with you or to meet a legal obligation. You consent to processing and transfer outside Oman when you create an account or contact us, and to optional cookies in our cookie banner.
Where the UK or EU General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on contract, legal obligation, consent and our legitimate interests in keeping the Service secure and improving it.
Transfers outside Oman
Our service providers are located outside Oman, including in the United States, so we transfer personal data outside Oman. We do this with the consent you give when you create an account or contact us. Users who add other people’s personal data to the Service are responsible for the legal basis for its transfer.
Where the UK or EU General Data Protection Regulation applies to a transfer, it is protected by the EU standard contractual clauses and the UK addendum in our service providers’ data protection terms, or by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK extension where the provider is certified under it.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data while your account is open, and afterwards for as long as the law requires. To have your account and its data deleted, email support@consultkit.ai.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or to restrict or object to how we use it. Email support@consultkit.ai to make a request.
You can withdraw consent at any time. Without consent to processing and transfer outside Oman, we may not be able to keep providing the Service. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Security
Traffic to the website and the Service is encrypted with HTTPS, and access to personal data is restricted to the people and systems that need it.
Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
We will update this policy when our practices change, and email you before any change that materially affects you.
